Jack passed away at the age of five of Non-Hodgkin’s T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma.  During his two years of aggressive treatment, Jack was always smiling with his stuffed dog Cupid in tow. His  favorite things included the Power Rangers, Star Wars, Thomas the Tank Engine, Legos, and playing video games with his brother and sister.   Jack exemplified the true meaning of courage and will always be our hero.
